a great EDC/ Every Day Carry bag

Great bag, very roomy, well designed. I purchased one over a year ago and keep it in the trunk of my car as a getaway bag, with what I might need for a night or two away from home (usually a hospital stay, these days): sox, underwear, hygiene supplies, packable rain jacket, pen/ paper/ pencils, extra charger/ cords/ earbuds for my cell phone, compact umbrella, metal water bottle, protein bars, et cetera, AND, I could still fit my 15" laptop into it if needed.
.
I am buying my second bag because I don't need/want to carry all of that stuff, PLUS my laptop, wherever I go: this bag is for the laptop and a few incidentals for EDC, preferring to carry it all on my shoulder, backpack style, rather than having to carry a laptop bag in my hands.
.
Although its original 1953 manufacture date predates my 1968-1969 Vietnam service, this authentic replica (!!!) has that authentic military "MilSpec" look that many Veterans and militaria fans will appreciate: not subtle, but not over-done, it's "just right."
