Purchasing from abroad

Making purchases from abroad is often fraught with problems and delays, which was just the opposite with the Smithsonian Shop. Melanie from customer service responded quickly and efficiently. The bundle arrived seamlessly! Not that I will make a habit of ordering from abroad because of all the additional costs and customs. However, if there is something you just have to have, go for it!
